[arm-allstar] Amateur Radio Newsline

What I did is write a separate script to delete the sound files in /tmp. My
script checks the existence of the file  at each timing break and if it
doesn’t exist, exits the script. I have each go for 5 minutes, so worse
case, it quits after 5 minutes.
Doug mayhave a better idea.
