[arm-allstar] Amateur Radio Newsline

Thanks Doug for the quick reply, I have it playing locally on a shari now
and will move it to the repeater. How does one stop it (in the middle) in
case of skywarn or another need since it's automated via a cron job? I
would assume it would need to be stopped via DTMF since my skywarn team or
club members do not have access to SSH.
