[arm-allstar] Is port forwarding required?

Hello, all!

Quick question.

Will AllStar work under NAT without port forwarding? For example, behind a
cell phone acting as a mobile hotspot or public WiFi? In those cases,
adjusting port forwarding isn't an option.
