[arm-allstar] URi to MTR200 Cable Pin-outs?

Hi Mike,

I tried using the ICS connectors for my MTR2000 and was not able to get it to work correctly. Since then, I have made a custom cable and was able to connect my MTR2000 to the URIxB for AllStar. I also have an STM32-DVM board installed, making my repeater a mixed-mode repeater. I wrote a guide that I intended to post on various forums to help people looking to do a similar setup, but never posted it. I'm attaching it to this email. Even if you are not connecting an STM32 board, some of the information in the guide may help you figure out the pinout for your setup. Keep in mind, the pinouts I used require the use of Wildcard settings, which can only be used if you have an AUX I/O board or the STM32 board.
