DMK URI Pin 1, PTT to ICS DB9 pin 3, PTT
DMK URI Pin 7, CTCSS DET to ICS DB9 pin 2, CTCSS
DMK URI Pin 13, GND to ICS DB9 pin 6, GND
DMK URI Pin 21, MIC In AC to ICS DB9 pin 5, RX Audio
DMK URI Pin 22, Left Out to ICS DB9 pin 4, Aud In
