[arm-allstar] URi to MTR200 Cable Pin-outs?

I have a Hamvoip install on a Pi with a URi and I'm looking to build a cable to connect to an MTR2000. I also have an ICS Controller board for the 96 pin connections from here: https://ics-ctrl.com/mtr2000/

Just need the URI to the MTR2000 connections. (4 wire wireline) This has to be fairly common with this group.
