[arm-allstar] Hamlib / GPIOs for Channel Steering

This is what i believe i got wire up
General I/O

Pin-6 Channel 1 GPOI5
Pin-8 Channel 2 GPOI6
Pin-14 Channel 3 GPOI7
Pin-12 Channel 4 GPOI8

script changed to
