[arm-allstar] Hamlib / GPIOs for Channel Steering

ahh, now I remember, the problem is i am using the cute little RB-RIM-MAX
and it only has pin 6,8,12 and 14 available for BCD. They are configured
like:

Pin 6   Channel Select 1
Pin 8   Channel Select 2
Pin 14 Channel Select 3
Pin 12 Channel Select 4

I am not smart enough to figure out what to modify in the provided script
to fix the lack of pin 9.
