In general, VHF/UHF radios cannot be supported by Hamlib because the
similar computer control commands that HF radios have was never added by
the manufacturers. That said, there are a handful that have some
limited support. I'm too removed from the day-to-day development of
Hamlib to recall offhand which models may be suitable. HF radios that
incorporate VHF/UHF would likely work, however.
The version of Hamlib I see on my HamVOIP computer is 4.3~git dated 8
Jul 2021. 4.3 was released on 1 Sep 2021 so there probably weren't too
many major additions between those dates. Mike, W9MDB, on the
hamlib-developer at lists.sourceforge.net mailing list could answer your
question better than me.
