[arm-allstar] Arch Linux Partition Size, Need to Increaas in ReInstall

I have been looking into parted as well as gparted and have had no such
luck. The big problem I see is that the root partition is mounted.
I am not a linux expert, so there is that too. I am able to resize the
partition, but extending the file system is the real problem. For that I
have been looking into resize2fs.
fdisk -l
Disk /dev/mmcblk0: 14.9 GiB, 15931539456 bytes, 31116288 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Disklabel type: dos
Disk identifier: 0x5e8c3e13
Device Boot Start End Sectors Size Id Type
/dev/mmcblk0p1 2048 206847 204800 100M c W95 FAT32 (LBA)
/dev/mmcblk0p2 206848 31115263 30908416 14.8G 83 Linux
[root at N1JEM-607230 ~]#
resize2fs /dev/mmcblk0
resize2fs 1.42.13 (17-May-2015)
resize2fs: Device or resource busy while trying to open /dev/mmcblk0
Couldn't find valid filesystem superblock.
[root at N1JEM-607230 ~]#
No Joy.

Hmm. Seems I've done live root partition resizing on a HamVoIP system
before while it is running using parted. I'll have to go back and look
at what I did. I've definitely done it on stock Raspbian without using a
second device. The partition boundaries take effect on reboot. The
safest option here would be to resize the partition on another system. I
was doing this on a data center hosted Pi 1000 miles away running
HamVoIP, so I didn't have that option. Could have added a second
partition in the unallocated space, which also would have been safer,
but I chose to resize the root partition and did so successfully without
anything bad happening.
