[arm-allstar] Arch Linux Partition Size, Need to Increaas in ReInstall

Hmm. Seems I've done live root partition resizing on a HamVoIP system 
before while it is running using parted. I'll have to go back and look 
at what I did. I've definitely done it on stock Raspbian without using a 
second device. The partition boundaries take effect on reboot. The 
safest option here would be to resize the partition on another system. I 
was doing this on a data center hosted Pi 1000 miles away running 
HamVoIP, so I didn't have that option. Could have added a second 
partition in the unallocated space, which also would have been safer, 
but I chose to resize the root partition and did so successfully without 
anything bad happening.
