[arm-allstar] HamVoip on Pi3a

I have created both a 32 and 64 bit OS and both images establish a 
connection with my network.  The connections are 5G.  The current 
HamVOIP image that I have benn using comes from a 3B+ where it has been 
running for several months without issue.  The image that has been 
giving me isses on the Pi3A+ is running just fine on a Pi Zero 2w with a 
2.4G connection to the same router.  73, Steve
