[arm-allstar] HamVoip on Pi3a

Yep. My second Allstar node from 2019 was running on an rPi 3 model A 
Plus. Far as I know, that node is still in service. I sold it a few 
years ago to a friend.

I bought a few 3A plus's last summer, and they're all working fine. I'm 
not in a position to check the board revision on them at the moment, though.
