[arm-allstar] HamVoip on Pi3a

I've been running Hamvoip on a Pi 3A+ since the board came out. I do have a
Pi Zero 2 that had the wifi chip go bad and I'm currently using it as a
Pi-HoleUnbound server with a wifi dongle until I get around to soldering
headers on a couple new Pi Zero 2 boards. I've heard the TGIF Spot seller
say he's seen issues with the wfi chips going bad on occasion. Couple
things you could try, throw a fresh Raspberry Pi image on it and make sure
it's working properly with wifi. And then maybe try a fresh install of
Hamvoip. Corruption of SD cards can cause all kinds of weird issues, and
you can use F3 Tools <https://github.com/AltraMayor/f3> with a Linux system
to check the card, then write to the whole thing and then read it to make
sure its good. I just threw out a card that failed testing which caused
issues with one of my Pi-Hole/unbound servers.
