Just add a new parameter tts_v=<voice to use> to the config file. For 
example, when using en-us as the language:

tts_hl=en-us
tts_v=Amy

...or, if French is the language:

tts_hl=fr-fr
tts_v=Iva

...etc.

Note that you must select a voice that cooresponds to the selected
language.  See the API page for more info:
