[arm-allstar] tts_audio sh conf

I am wanting to generate some tts audio files using a different voice 
than the standard, "Linda" that is used when a voice is not defined for 
United States English language.  Can someone tell me what syntax would 
need to be added to the tts.conf file to select a custom voice?

As seen below a custom voice is not defined:
