For what it's (probably) not worth:

These are mostly renamed Microsoft OneCore voices.

So, for those who are familiar with them, using U.S. English:

John=David

Mike=Mark

While there is a Microsoft Linda, the Linda voice itself is actually, I 
think, one of the Sera variants, as is Amy.

I hope one day that the Elevenlabs API will return output as fast as 
voicerss currently does, because it sounds way, waaaaaaay better.
