[arm-allstar] manually driving simpleusb from command line

I have a few test-cases that require direct control of simpleusb on a Pi 
with two stanzas.

First of all, how does one access simpleusb from CLI directly, and are 
the switches documented?

How would one define a stanza to access the associated USB device from 
CLI on a multi-radio system?
