[arm-allstar] DINAH V3 issue

Actually, I found the issue and resolved it.
I forgot that the devices require a change to simpleusb.conf (gpio4 = out,0) and
in the rpt.conf
cop,62,GPIO4:1 = c|t|RPT_RXKEYED
cop,62,GPIO4:0 = c|f|RPT_RXKEYED
Once I remembered to do that, the LED started working properly.
