[arm-allstar] DINAH V3 issue

Greetings, 

I've got a bunch of allstar nodes and built one of the DINAH devices way back when (v3) .. I just now decided to try it out and connect it to the Yaesu FT-8800.

All seems well and it detects COS/PTT, etc. I just don't seem to get the COS LED to turn on.. It's really not that big of a deal, because everything else seems to work, but it does slightly bug me. 

The solder joints/pads all look fine and the LED itself seems OK. The RED LED works just fine.

Is this a known software issue? Is there a trick to get it to work?
