[arm-allstar] problem connecting to WiFi

I found that you have to connect wired internet and ssh into it (or
whatever you use). Then go to wifi setup and change all info (ip address,
pws, ect.). You should get a message to remove the wired connection after
starting reboot. Hope this is of some help.
