[arm-allstar] New install V1.7-01

All DTMF tones from RF decodes and prints in the Asterisk CLI.
But I get no response on RF (the node is not even keying up) when 
sending eg. *70. I am expecting system status on RF with the *70 command.

Still the PTT works. I can hear some hourly identification on RF.

My /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf settings are:
duplex=1
telemetry=telemetry58973
telemdefault=2
