are you sending the tones via RF or on suppermon

if only dtmf try supermon and if both fail then like Rich said check to
make sure
telemetry is enabled in rpt.conf
you can also log into putty menu 9 and do  asterisk -rvvv
and watch to see if all your dtmf tones are being decoded
i had to add this line in simpleusb.conf to get all my RF dtmf tones to work

dtmf_relax=1 ;when dtmf tones are not decoding this opens the door wider
