Not a solution to your problem, just another source for AR NewsLine via Allstar...

If you connect to the Blind Hams network at 3 PM Eastern on Sundays, you'll hear AR Newsline in as good audio as you can get it, and with appropriate breaks between stories, not just at arbitrary time intervals. i.e. it's done professionally.
