[arm-allstar] AR newsline problem

For some time, the AR newsline doesn't work on my system, although the 
ARRL news does.

Running just the download command from a shell, I get the following:

  wget -T 15 --tries=4 -O /tmp/news.mp3

Any idea what the problem is? I also tried the following with the same 
result:

https://www.arnewsline.org/s/news.mp3 --no-check-certificate

I also tried http instead of https, same result
