[arm-allstar] AR newsline problem

Hi Rick,

I just tried this same download from several locations (providers) and it
succeeded each time.  However, in all cases, static1.squarespace.com
resolved to a different IP address than is shown, below.

Try the download again and see if it works?

Running just the download command from a shell, I get the following:

Any idea what the problem is? I also tried the following with the same 
result:

https://www.arnewsline.org/s/news.mp3 --no-check-certificate

I also tried http instead of https, same result
