[arm-allstar] Startup Macro Delay in rpt.conf - How to make longer than 120 seconds?

Yep, unless this is a case of you are trying to connect to an ASL node
which uses a local rpt_extnodes file, and your node has either been
offline for a while, or it's IP address has changed. By default, the
rc.updatenodelist script only downloads rpt_extnodes every 10 minutes.
So, depending on how timing plays out, you may not be able to connect to
such a node anywhere from a few seconds to 10 minutes after your node
registers.

Also, the rc.updatenodelist script that ships with ASL 1.01 likes to
silently fail sometimes. I'm not saying this is the problem, I don't
know enough about that system.

Initial investigation suggests that node40668 is a HamVoIP node, so this
is probably all irrelevant to you anyway.
