[arm-allstar] Startup Macro Delay in rpt.conf - How to make longer than 120 seconds?

Steve,

The maximum for the macro startup delay is 120 seconds. If 120 seconds
isn't long enough, your network connection probably isn't stable??
...And, another solution is needed.

delay the startup macro to allow everything to become stable before
issuing.  For example, the startup macro is *7340668 and the startup
macro delay is set to 90 for a 90 second delay.  I noticed sometime the
connection does not work, so I wanted to delay the startup macro longer,
for example 300 seconds.  What I found was the maximum Startup macro
delay time was 120 seconds. If I entered a longer delay, for example 300
seconds, it still only delayed the startup macro by 120 seconds.

Am I doing something wrong?  Is there a way to delay the startup macro
longer that 120 seconds?

Thanks,
