[arm-allstar] Startup Macro Delay in rpt.conf - How to make longer than 120 seconds?

I use Startup macro in the rpt.conf to connect to another node after
powering up my node and I set the Startup macro delay to 90 seconds to
delay the startup macro to allow everything to become stable before
issuing.  For example, the startup macro is *7340668 and the startup
macro delay is set to 90 for a 90 second delay.  I noticed sometime the
connection does not work, so I wanted to delay the startup macro longer,
for example 300 seconds.  What I found was the maximum Startup macro
delay time was 120 seconds. If I entered a longer delay, for example 300
seconds, it still only delayed the startup macro by 120 seconds.

Am I doing something wrong?  Is there a way to delay the startup macro
longer that 120 seconds?

Thanks,
