[arm-allstar] the state of multiple fobs on Raspberry Pi 4

Hi:

I finally managed to get a Raspberry Pi 4 rev 1.5 board after looking 
around for months.

Is the issue still present where we can't use multiple CM108/119 sound 
fobs on the board?

I can, of course, test this myself, but thought I'd ask before building 
a configuration only to find that it doesn't work as expected.

I have a weird problem with randomly garbled RX audio across both of my 
connected fobs on a Raspberry Pi 3 that I've had in service for a long 
time. I've tried all the usual things -- fresh image, new power supply, 
etc. Don't know if this is a hardware or software problem, so thought 
maybe I'd try this setup with a Pi 4 if that problem has been fixed by now.
