[arm-allstar] Repeater node shielding

I have had lots of trouble with the CM108 and RF, but no amount of shielding the pi or the CM108 has addressed it. The pi itself seems pretty impervious to RF, and as long as the power supply is clean the pi seems to run clean.

Personally I have not experience any issues with the PI in regards to
RF, it's usually issues with the receiver. Then I have to only isolate
or shield from RF. Then also my cans on the Repeater I can place a
additional filter for that specific frequency to null if needed, but
haven't needed to yet.
