[arm-allstar] Repeater node shielding

Personally I have not experience any issues with the PI in regards to 
RF, it's usually issues with the receiver. Then I have to only isolate 
or shield from RF.  Then also my cans on the Repeater I can place a 
additional filter for that specific frequency to null if needed, but 
haven't needed to yet.
