[arm-allstar] RIM Maxtrac settings

Hi Bryan,
I have been servicing Maxtracs forever and I have never seen one that
programs from the Accy connector. Every one of them has programmed from
the Mic connector in the front. You will need the Maxtrac RSS and a level
shifter. Both are getting "rare".
