[arm-allstar] Newbie Question Solved

All is OK - Thanks to all for the valuable information.  Just to help, I am
sharing what confused me - the usbradio.conf.xxx was not used for a single
radio node (the way I installed the image file).  So, I was over thinking
things, was simpleusb.conf and usbradio.conf mutually exclusive ?  Then I
did not notice the FIRST line in simpleusb tune - SELECT WHICH STANZA.
So, the answer is BOTH are used.   Hope my confusion helps someone else -
the rest was just follow the documentation.  No magic...   Thanks again,
