[arm-allstar] Moto GM340 and R1-2020 Interface with Hamvoip

Hi All.

I have an Allstar/Echolink node setup.
All was working fine. until my Moto GM340 died (Over heated)
I've now installed a Moto GM340 and connected up to my R1-2020 
interface, Set to Moto on the interface and ASL.
All well on connecting to nodes and hearing audio but I'm not able to 
transmit any audio from the Handheld to the ASL.

I've the Alsa mixer set as 50 on both TX and RX and AGC off.

SimpleUSB as
De-Emph Pre-Emph on.
All else off
COS and CTCSS USB Invert
RX level 99
TX Levels at 550 and DSP 999

The COS-Detected lights up as it should, the tone comes back when I 
un-key but absolutely no voice audio comes back on either Echolink 
Parrot or 40894 test node.

Any ideas please?
