[arm-allstar] Active node list

Anton,

The rpt_extnodes file isn't typically downloaded or used on HamVoIP
systems.  Is there some reason you need the contents of this file?  Note
that you can perform real-time node info lookups in HamVoIP using the
dns-query command from the bash prompt, for example:

[root at RPi-Z2W ~]# dns-query 29764
+OK|radio at 141.149.41.227:4569/29764,141.149.41.227
