[arm-allstar] RPi4B boards work great for single USB fob nodes

I would like to utilize a RPI4 for Allstar and other functions. Need 
more than a single USB port to function properly for my purpose.

I didn't find any updated information on the 2nd USB port ever being 
fixed/usable at the same time.

Can anyone tell me if this ever got fixed. Or what is the workaround to 
have more than one Allstar node work with a Pi4?
