[arm-allstar] Selective echolink connectivity

I can select to some echolink nodes with no issues on my Pi4/Shari Allstar
node but others just timeout without success, If I switch my port
forwarding settings to my PC or Android phone and use my call plain, -L, or
-R I can get in without trouble but the Pi / Allstar node fails. I have no
permit or deny entries in echolink.conf. The connection log just shows
disconnected after a failed attempt. Any ideas that I can do on my end to
troubleshoot this? Thanks much de KA9TQC
