[arm-allstar] RPi4B boards work great for single USB fob nodes

*My personal experience is the issue was with the first revision of the 
boards. The newer/latest revision seems to work fine. The issue was only 
when using 2 radio interfaces. You could plug a keyboard, etc ... into 
the other USB ports, and they worked fine.
