[arm-allstar] Autopatch Issue

When I reboot my node the autopatch won’t work.  I get this error message when trying to call out:

[Oct 29 14:45:48] WARNING[2079]: chan_sip.c:2946 create_addr: No such host: autopatch
[Oct 29 14:45:48] WARNING[2079]: app_dial.c:1242 dial_exec_full: Unable to create channel of type 'SIP' (cause 20 - Unknown)

However if I simply restart asterisk, after a reboot, then it works fine.  Anyone have any ideas how this can be fixed?
