[arm-allstar] Say Node Name + Node Number

Use the write_node_callsigns.sh script that has been a part of HammVoIP 
for a while now.
 From bash, if you want both node numbers plus call signs spoken for all 
nodes (I personally think this takes forever, especially with the 
included Allison voice, so I don't do it), run

write_node_callsigns.sh -ai

This will process all nodes, and include node numbers with callsigns.

Remember to run this periodically, so that new nodes aren't just 
numbers. I run it from cron once a day, with an overwrite all every now 
and then, in the event that callsigns are changed.

write_node_callsigns.sh

with no switches to see usage.
