[arm-allstar] Updating Python3 to later version ?

Hi Gerry,

Well, no RPi 2/3/4 boards seem to be available in quantity right now, nor 
are they projected to be available for months, based on what I hear.
This world semiconductor / supply-chain issue is the pits!

Okay about a more recent version of python, etc.  It's coming.

For now, if you want to try the most recent hamvoip-asterisk pre-release 
code, the package is here:

https://dl.hamvoip.org/arch/armv7h/hamvoip-prerelease/hamvoip-asterisk-0.1.6.5-30.pkg.tar.xz

This code is light-years beyond the currently released code from June 
2020.
