[arm-allstar] Transmit issue?

That worked great.  I heard "hello" on my IC-706 as expected.

I then went to simple-usb and adjusted the audio receive levels (again) and
I saw that I was too "hot"... I reduced that down (again) and I am able to
get it working again.
