[arm-allstar] Transmit issue?

Does it play other telemetry such as *81 or *70.  If yes then are you 
logged in via SSH or using a local keyboard and monitor and have not 
connected an ethernet cable. If an IP address been has not been 
assigned, you will not hear an IP address announced.
