[arm-allstar] Transmit issue?

Log below, but basically I can see that I'm able to key the Shari PI hat,
send *A1 and Shari/Asterisk will attempt to send my IP address back to me.

I have 3 different radios and none of them hear the response.

Any suggestions?  I'm assuming its an incomplete solder connection, or a
software setting?
