[arm-allstar] Transmit issue?

No localplay nor playback works if the rpt.conf node stanza is setup as:

duplex=0
linktolink=no


...If you're using this the duplex=0 mode, set:

linktolink=yes


And it should work. Or, use duplex=1, duplex=2 or duplex=3.
