[arm-allstar] Node registering but no stats available

Thanks for the pointers David. Contents of the log output are below. The 
stats appear to be present(?)

I am using a cellular modem and am (at least) double-NATed with no 
inbound path. I would expect this traffic to be one-way but could that 
be an issue?
