Seth,
That all looks good. Since you mentioned that you're using a cell MODEM.
Check what public IP addresses are in being used for UDP vs. TCP traffic.
The addresses should match. From the node's bash prompt:
dig +short 503630.ip.hamvoip.org
wget -O- -q http://myip.hamvoip.org
....Both of these returned IP addresses should match.
