[arm-allstar] Two nodes on same server Pi3+

Hi 

You have two options when editing /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf 

1. While not muted, you can change the telemetry audio levels. Search
for "Audio Level settings in dB" and change one or both settings. I have
mine set for -6 and -9 respectfully.  (Reminder if you were not aware,
-3dB is the equivalent to reducing audio by 50%, -6dB by 75%, -9dB by
87%) A setting of at least -18dB would be the effective near equivalency
of muting. Note that these settings do not disable telemetry but affect
telemetry audio level. 

2. Search for "Misc. settings". Change telemdefault=x to one of the
three settings. I have mine set to 2. This sends only telemetry for the
actions I initiate and then mutes telemetry after 1 minute. Also look at
holdofftelem=x. See comments in file for descriptions. 

Courtesy tones: You can change each node's tones and have up to three
tones per node depending on your preference. Find "Courtesy Tone
mapping" and review the three settings. You can use the defaults shown,
change them to one of the other definitions under "Courtesy Tone
definitions" near the bottom of the config file or  create your own
custom definitions.

All of these settings must be edited for each node. Remember to reboot
AST and/or the server for the configuration changes to take place.
