[arm-allstar] Two nodes on same server Pi3+

Presently I have 2 nodes on the same server.  First node is a radio node,
while the second node is a radio-less node with a hard wire speaker and
microphone.  Both use an auto connect upon boot-up.  I would like to have
only the telemetry confirmation connect tone (maybe a different frequency
tone) with the voice announcement muted on the radio-less node.  Presently
both nodes auto connect to the same external node.   I've tried to comment
several lines in the rpt.conf file  without success.  Any suggestions are
appreciated.  Thanks. WA2WWK
